SNOWMAN IN THE SUN

There is tension in the air.
And I can feel it through and through.
This fusion of our love,
it grows inside of you.
We sailed on turbulent waters,
remaned this drifting ship,
and watched the storms go by.

Though treasures are for fairy-tales.
I put horseshoes on every door.
On this photograph of us together,
it’s not the two of us anymore.
We know it’s gonna change our love.
Let’s convince the time that it’s right.
‘Cause I’m sure it’s on our side!

But I’m not the man I used to be.
The greatest gift I’ve ever seen.
I’m melting like a snowman in the sun.
This common part of you and me;
A livin’ eternal memory.
I’m melting like a snowman in the sun.

Fallin’ stars awake me.
I see the lustre in your eyes.
A portrait of the future,
it made me realise.
We had to settle down,
put both feet back on the ground,
‘cause roots bud all around.

Born great expectations.
Now look what we have done!
With the one and only recipe,
we composed a human song.
When we sit beside the fire at night,
I don’t care with him or her.
It’s consolation, the answer,
to all the questions that occur!

But I’m not the man I used to be.
The greatest gift you’ve ever seen.
I’m melting like a snowman in the sun.
This common love of you and me;
A livin’ eternal memory.
I’m melting like a snowman in the sun.

But I’m not the man I used to be.
The greatest gift you’ve ever seen.
I’m melting like a snowman in the sun.
From a common part of history;
Here’s a livin’ eternal memory.
I’m melting like a snowman in the sun.
